FAQ – HOW DO I START MY DIVORCE?
All clients start by clicking START NOW and then complete the new client contact form. Usually within the hour, you will receive a receipt for the $95 initial payment and your secure passcodes to login to the online attorney interview. So you may start your divorce anytime, 24/7 , with our law firm. However, your credit card is NOT charged until you are accepted as a client, and usually within one hour you will receive notification.
FAQ – DO I HAVE TO COME TO YOUR OFFICE TO REVIEW & SIGN PAPERS?
No... We are a modern online law firm using modern technologies. You review all papers online and you sign all papers online using a digital signature. You receive and download a copy of all papers for your records.

FAQ – HOW IS THE $695 FULL SERVICE DIFFERENT THAN THE $395 ECONOMY?
THE ATTORNEY HANDLES EVERYTHING FOR THE $695 FULL SERVICES. The Attorney arranges for a bonded process server to serve your spouse with papers & a courier service to file your papers at additional costs. So you do not have to serve papers or drive to the courthouse.
FAQ – DO I HAVE TO PAY THE TOTAL UPFRONT TO START?
NO.. For both services, $395 Economy or $695 Full service, you only pay $95 to start. The balance of fees and costs are pay as you go... spread out over the 5 stages of your divorce. And, we will tell you in advance what the fees and costs are for each stage. And, more importantly, you proceed when you are financially ready to proceed to the next stage of your divorce. No pressure from us.
FAQ – HOW ARE THE $395 & $695 SERVICES THE SAME?
Well, both services are the same because you receive the Attorney consultations all through your divorce and the Attorney prepares and reviews all your papers. And both are only $95 to start your divorce.
FAQ – HOW DO I GIVE YOU ALL MY INFO FOR MY DIVORCE?
You will login to our online attorney interview to tell us all about your divorce. The interview walks you through all issues that may apply to your divorce such as child support, child custody, child visitation and division of all your property, assets and debts and many other issues. You are able to login and log out 24/7.
FAQ – WHY IS THE $395 SERVICE LESS THAN THE $695 SERVICE?
Well, for the $395 service, you, the client, manage, handle and arrange filing the papers at the courthouse and you arrange for someone to serve your spouse and file the Proof of Service at court. So the total legal fee is $395 to $595 and you handle all the court costs yourself.
FAQ – WHAT’S THE TOTAL FEES & COSTS FOR THE $395 & $695 SERVICE?
For the $395 Economy service, the total legal fees are $395 or $595 if you have children, assets or debts. For the $695 Full service, the total legal fees are $695 or $995 if you have children, assets or debts. As for total costs, for the $395 Economy service, the court filing fee costs are $435 to $450. As for total costs for the $695 Full service, the costs average about $800 but could be more depending on the circumstances of your case.
